Appointments

appointments1Appointments for surgeries and clinics may be made by telephoning 028 9032 5820 (select option 2). The practice aims to give patients an appointment within 48 hours. Maternity patients who are ill will take priority and should advice the receptionist of their pregnancy and she will ensure they are seen quickly (please note this does not include routine ante-natal visits). Emergencies and children will be seen on the same day.

Emergency Appointments

The practice facilitates patients requiring urgent medical treatment by offering emergency appointments. These appointments may only be booked within 24 hours of the appointment and only the current complaint may be discussed with the doctor.

Open Surgeries

These surgeries are held on Wednesday and Friday mornings 8.00 - 9.30. These surgeries are to facilitate patients who need to be seen quickly and we should be grateful if you would not use these appointments to consult the doctor regarding chronic ongoing medical conditions.
