Welcome to Dunluce Family Practice
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need.
As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
New appointment system
From Monday 12th June 2023 we will be operating a new appointment system, to replace the previous triage system which had to be adopted during the COVID pandemic. From Monday 12th June patients will be able to arrange face to face appointments on the same day or up to one week in advance. Patients will be able to book appointments at any time during working hours either by phone (028 90204218) or by coming in to reception.
We hope this will provide better access for patients but ask for your patience as we settle in to the new system. Appointment slots are for 10 minutes and you can also request a telephone appointment instead of face to face. We would ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend a booked appointment as this will allow us to offer the slot to another patient.
Please give the receptionist as much detail as you can when booking your appointment as this often can help the doctor prepare for your consultation. Be assured that our receptionists are under the same obligations of maintaining patient confidentiality and are fully trained in this.
